Volumes have been said on this item, and the contention and feuds about where the "hot" one armed bandits are positioned in the casino are still intense - over sixty years after slots were 1st placed in gambling dens.

The classic rule is that the more favourable slot machines were put just inside the main door of the casino; so that potential gamblers passing by would see real jackpot winners ... be infatuated enough to come unto the gambling floor ... play. Our standpoint is that this is definitely no longer so.

Most of the mega casinos presently are giant complexes and you can no longer see inside from the sidewalk, so there is no longer a reason to position the 'loose' slot games near any exits.
